I ordered 6 of these a few years back for 2 layouts I built. They look very realistic and can really enhance a layout. And at the price, a great value. So when deciding a build yet another small layout this winter, I ordered another. However, I had issues with the flashing circuit. I returned, got another, same issue. I suspected a bad batch of circuit boards. I contacted seller, who responded immediately. Seller sent 2 more boards free of charge. Same problem. Seller was very helpful with troubleshooting assistance and suggested I try using a 9V battery to see if problem was in my power supplies. (I had tried 2 different model train transformers.) To my surprise, the unit worked perfectly with a 9V battery. I subsequently tried a 12VDC wall adapter and that worked fine too. So that is what I ended up using for my most recent layout build and am happy with the installation. I suspect a pulse injection feature in the particular train transformers I tried is what was causing my problem. I had multiple online conversations with seller, who was always responsive and helpful. Customer service to be commended.

They add so much realism to my layout. I could not get them to flash properly until I found out 9 volts or less makes them work perfect.You can use a 9 volt battery or purchase a 3V ~ 24V 3A 72W Power Supply Adjustable DC 3V 5V 6V 9V 12V 15V 16V 18V 19V 20V 24V Variable Universal AC/DC Adapter 100V-240V AC to DC Converter. there around $15.00.You can plug multiple crossing lights into one circuit board.

The signal itself is good looking. Not too bad for those that want one sided crossing signals. However the title is a little misleading with saying "1 Set." Made me somewhat think I was going to get 2 of the crossing signals and not 1. The wiring is fairly easy to setup if you have the proper tools. For me I'd give it a 8.5/10. Other than that, it's a decent signal.

I wanted to get my model railway a step farther and these do the trick.I hooked up a 12vdc power supply and it is working perfectly I already order another.Fast delivery to Canada, great price and good quality thanks!

This product was falsely advertised. The picture on Amazon showed a white N scale railroad crossing sign with black letters. When it arrived it is a black crossing sign with white letters. I have never seen a crossing sign that looks like this. Consequently, it is useless. I gave this product one star because that was the lowest rating the system would accept although if it was possible I would give it minus five stars.

The media could not be loaded. Cool detail item for the price. They are forward facing and don't have flashers on th back. They did come as a set, 1 individual signal per plastic case. From the bottom of the signal post there is approximately 1 1\2 inch of black shrink tubing. The 2 Red power wires are approximately 3 3\4 inches long, the Black wire including the diode is approximately5 1\2 inches long. You can adjust the flashing of the signal with the a small flathead screwdriver. Mine came Black with White lettering. They only issue that I can see is how to mount the circuit board underneath my layout because of the raised soldering nubs on the back of the circuit board. I also have to do some research on how to hook up a track signal detector to make these work when an engine approaches. All in all I'd buy these again

The scale is perfect. The electronics are very easy to use. It's N scale some the wire is very fine so take care in using it. If you're an N-scale modeler being careful is not new to you. This is a well made unit and fits well on my layout .

Work of art, perfect replica of a crossing and grandson loves it. Great product for your layout
