Huge improvement in memory! I cant live without it!!

I've been buying this Cognitex Elite for my husband for over two years. I researched and compared several formulas that were supposed to help with cognitive function...memory, mental clarity, anxiousness. It took about three weeks before he started noticing an improvement, but he definitely did have an improvement in memory, mental clarity, anxiousness and energy level. Before starting this he kept losing his car keys, wallet, glasses, etc. Every single day he got so upset and wasted so much time looking everywhere for his things. He does so much better now, hardly ever loses anything...just because he remembers now! He says he feels so much calmer now because he kept saying previously that he was losing his mind! He also says that his decision making skills have improved so that it doesn't take him as long to figure out which solution to go with to fix problems. According to these improvements, this Cognitex is well worth the money. I thought it was expensive but when you consider what your peace of mind is worth and what your mental abilities is worth, at home and at work, then this is a bargin! Supplements are tough to review because it is often hard to know if they are helping or not. This is one of those for me. I have taken this for months. It is expensive enough that I pause each time I reorder to try to figure out if I am better off for taking it. There is good research to suggest the various constituents are supportive of cognitive function. I am 67 and my cognitive function is pretty dang good. It always has been so really it is just holding steady. And that is good. I am willing to believe this is helping me hold steady.

I use this every other day. Very helpful. I am a 60 yo WF. 145 lbs. 5’8”. I can definitely tell a difference in my recall and overall cognitive health since taking this. I might also add that I also exercise and eat healthy including cutting out sugars

It seems to be helping. I recall things more easily now than I did before I was taking it.

Either suggestive or actual, found taking immediate improvement to focus. Will continue.

The product clearly says "Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen". Why would it cause hair loss? I don't want to improve my cognition at the expense of my hair!
