Inconsistent and Poor Quality
I bought this product after looking at exactly the same piece which my friend ordered online here on Amazon. Unfortunately now the quality has completely degraded and I have been provided with a completely low quality product. This is as good as cheating the customer.

Great for Yoga and other mat exercises.
Good support for knee or back while doing exercises. Big enough that it can be used as a seat cushion as well. The quality is really good, it looks durable enough to last very long. Happy with the product and hihgly recommended.

Not appropriate for doing balancing exercises .
I bought this product to do balancing exercises but the product is too too hard . Not possible to use it for exercises . It is like exercising on the marble floor . Not good for knees and ankles . I need a refund of the product .
