wooden MDF workbench with double shelf, garage table (6ft)

The Workbench is excellent a smooth MDF top exactly what I need.The video showing how to assemble it is also excellent and the bench was assembled in under an hour.The bench arrived with an absolute minimum of packaging very green and saves a great deal of time recycling huge cardboard boxes etc. ThanksI have given you 3 stars in the review because of your communication and delivery times.Please Adjust your Amazon sites to say that you will ring the day before to confirm delivery times it saves customers like me getting very annoyed with the lack of communication and contacting you the day before.Make sure your delivery times are more accurate people wait in for deliveries and when they do not arrive it wastes a great deal of timeAmazon said delivery before the 10th. You response to my ' please confirm when it will arrive' got a response it will be with you on the 12th, A phone call on the 11th was received stating it would arrive morning of the 13th.It actually arrived 17:45 on the 12th.Your tracking site has a fixed map which is of no use and the count down to delivery is not very helpful as you have no idea how far away the delivery driver is other than you are next. I really hope you improve your communication skills the product is excellent.

Great price of kit, easily assembled at a good value for money price. No complaints, will buy another one in the new year.

Very happy with this - pretty much exactly what I needed. Except that I should have bought a bigger one!I couldn't make my mind up about the length and hadn't yet built the shed it was going in, so I bottled it and bought a 4' one. The shed turned out to be bigger than I had visualised, and the bench, consequently, looks a bit small - and the table saw takes up half of it anyway! So I am about to order a second 4' bench. An expensive way of buying an 8' bench, but I probably would have only bought a 6' one anyway, if I'd opted for a bigger one, and now I'll end up with a bigger bench and one that I can rearrange if I need to. So, all in all, I've probably done the right thing - even if by accident! Moral of the story - really, really think about the type and size of your bench before you order! Get the biggest one you can - because, like a kitchen work surface - an amazing amount of stuff ends up sitting permanently on it. You'll end up with half the space you expected to actually work in.As for the bench itself, as others have said, it's very sturdy, fairly easy to assemble (I wasn't too keen on the email instructions, and got a bit confused about the angled side supports, but got there in the end), friendly, helpfull delivery guy (beware - it's heavy!), and some of the wood is not quite as well finished as I would have liked (but it's only a bench, so does that matter?!). Minor niggles, not worth knocking a star off for. Like others, I first thought of building one myself, but discovered the cost of the wood alone (if you can get it!) was as much as the bench.Bottom line - I'm buying another one, so that's all you really need to know.

This product met and exceeded all my expectations. It is made from substantial pinewood pieces with 18mm MDF top and shelves. It was part assembled so all I had to do was complete the assembly. I painted the mdf top and sides with a light varnish to prevent moisture absorption and fitted rising castor wheels to the bench to enable me to move it when I need.Overall very satisfied

Purchased the 6ft bench and it exceeded my expectations. A very solid work bench with quite a bit of weight behind it. Couldn't have been simpler to put together (powered screwdriver definitely recommended).

Moved into my new garage and wanted to set it up as a proper workshop for my motorcycles. I needed a decent workbench.This is definitely that! Really well constructed, really hefty and sturdy and easy to put together.Strongly recommend.
