Amazon waste no time asking for reviews, which is okay except 24 hours is not reallylong enough to evaluate a supplement.If it is then that's one hell of a supplement, or it's absolutely terrible and the buyer wantsto warn everybody off.Actually these do have a calming effect quite quickly so I think the full 5 stars will turn outto be an accurate rating, I have used another product from this company and that alsoearned a good review. I shall continue to take these capsules and see how it goes over a longerperiod, which you genuinely need to do with any supplement.Probably a good choice though if you want my opinion.

I have been taking this Ashwangdha for the last year, I honestly feel that it makes a difference. I often felt overwhelmed and on edge at times, but these make me feel at ease. I feel calmer and I can put it down to the ashwaganda. They are a small pill size and easy to swallow without any nasty residual taste. I think they are great value for money.

I take these before bed and I do think they have help to improve the quality of my sleep.

I love this stuff. Before taking this nightly, I used to wake several times at night and found it hard to switch off. After taking this for 1 month I started to notice a huge difference. I've been taking this for a while now, and always sleep through and have no trouble drifting off. Great quality, no bad taste and easy to swallow.

It works great but not good for a sensitive stomach. Be careful if you are prone to acid, because this can give you long hours (sometimes a whole day) of stomach burning due to the fact that the tablets contain big doses of black pepper extract.Note: yes I always took the tablets with food, yes I tried to ease the burning with antacids, herbal teas, milk etc. but nothing worked.I was super excited when I bought this, but after I tried to take them for a week I have to say it’s killing my stomach. It would be good if this fact would have been written down on the package or somewhere in the description because now I have two bag of these tablets and can’t use them. Also, my husband is experiencing this stomach burning issue as well, so it seems like this is a side effect no one talks about.

Product good. Said in email it was put through letterbox but it was not- small item that easily would fit through letterbox but knocked on door and left outside. If we had been out it would have been vulnerable and we had needless interruption.
