This thing has many uses , but when im on keto I like to make a lot of omeletes . Its the perfect size . The devil in me wants to make a huge chocolate chip cookie though ,,,lol . It's great for a burger also . Its cooks a little fast so i use a little olive oil , you have to be careful not to overcook the bottom is my only problem and or complaint , but im getting better at using it . Cool little design and tucks away nicely when not in use , very easy to clean also . I love it

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great little cooker 8 inches is perfect for me. You can do so many things with this cooker. Great price. I turned off my oven and use this instead. Heats up fast. Will keep one of these in my home all the time.

I find this simple and effective for omelettes. However, the instructions say to use food spray top and bottom, and I don't know if that's always necessary. I get a lot of food spray drippings and leftover after I've - very quickly - executed an omelette.A bit smoky in execution of an omelette but not enough to set off any fire alarms. It's a griddle and behaving like one. Very easy to wipe clean.The size is perfect for a single serving omelette. Cute color, too. And lightweight. For people who don't count themselves gourmet and have limited space, it's a great idea.

It's a great product and you can use it for many things. Wipes clean easily.

This is my second Dash, the first one the electrical cable finally broke.

This thing makes great quesadillas, pancakes, omelets, and toasted sandwiches. All I've ever had to do was clean with a wet paper towel. Non stick too! My kids and I love it!!!

Does not cook on both sides only bottom, I have to flip food to cook evenly
