I've had a few power banks & this is not 20000mah more like a good 10000mah but charges 2 phones fairly quickly & for the price 9.99 a good buy.4 stars for the wrong mah listed if it was correct5 stars

It’s a bit slow but it works well and come charged at around 80% but over all good and it is long to but it’s perfect for charging on holiday and very easy to use just put your charger in ready to go the size is perfect the weight is good only slightly heavy

Great product, really easy to use and lightweight, two usb slots and usb c and lightning option too. Comes with a small charger to take along with you and small enough to take it everywhere. Charges products quickly and it charges quite fast too!

Very utilitarian and a tough outer shell. Charges faster than the average power bank which is nice. After about 6 months I had a an issue with it expanding, but the customer support from the manufacturer was great and they sent me a replacement within about 3 days, great customer service and good product.

I have had this with me over the past month travelling in Thailand and Vietnam and this thing has been a godsend. Charge it up overnight and it then provides power over the next few days - to both our phones and tablets. It charges very quickly and we’ve never lost power despite heavy use of our phones, usually filming. Heavy but very powerful. Highly recommended.

If you crack open the plastic case, you'll find a single lithium-polymer pouch cell, with all the usual tech & spec stuff printed onto the pouch from the factory -- except there is NO information printed on it regarding capacity, because it has been rubbed off.The weight & dimensions of the cell indicate a capacity of around 8000 - 10000 mAh, which I knew before even opening it up, precisely because of the weight & dimensions of the power pack once I had it in my hands. It is a fundamental fact about battery chemistry that weight & size dictate capacity. There is no magical way around this - you can't double the capacity of a lithium cell without approx doubling the weight & size.I have bought and disassembled dozens and dozens of these portable power charger packs and the vast majority of them are dishonest about capacity. Often you're only getting around 2/3 of the advertised capacity, and often it's just because of the extremely poor quality lithium pouches -- but at least they typically advertise the claimed capacity of the actual lthium cells inside the product.This product, however, simply claims to have double the capacity of what's actually inside. Having said all that though, it's still not bad for a tenner, I suppose.--------- EDIT ---------Good results!After some analysis of the cell, including a few discharge cycles through a battery capacity tester, the results are definitive. The cell's design capacity is 10,000mAh / 37Wh, which it easily delivered under a 2.5A constant load. The usable energy measured about 38.2Wh. This is in the top 5% of all the 10,000mAh cells I've analysed from products within this market segment.The seller should amend the product info: it's a true 10,000mAh portable power cell. Combined with the PD/QC functionality provided, it's a bloody good deal for the price I paid (£9.99).
