These diphenhydramine softgels work really well for me. I take one about 20 minutes before bed, and I’m usually out within a few minutes of lying down. Some sleep aids give me strange or vivid dreams, but with this, I sleep soundly and haven’t noticed anything like that.I also love that it comes in a big bottle—it’s a great value for the price. It's effective at increasing the amount of hours you sleep, I've seen an improvement of about 2 hours on average. It doesn't really have a taste, so no weird after taste when trying to sleep. My sleep quality is about the same though, and I notice that I don't really have an easier time remembering dreams or having any at all. It's alright for the price and of alright quality.

This product blew my mind. I've tried over 10 products and this is the only one that's worked. It keeps me apseep. I sleep through the night and sleep longer. Did not wake up. And! No/minimal groggy/sleep hanger. I love these. It also definitely puts you to sleep. Within 30 mins, i cant keep my eyes open. Fyi: Melatonin doesn't work for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:They work as advertised and didn't leave me groggy. But, this brand really messed with my taste buds up. Left a bitter taste that lasted over a day.
