I’ve used this several times cooks evenly plenty of room for large items. Would easily cook for a large family skillet heats up quickly easy to clean only drawback is the thermostat is hard to read the numbers, but it does click so you do know the setting.

I wanted a new large electric frying pan. My last one was a top rated brand. But unfortunately I cleaned it too many times when it was very hot. I think I damaged the non- stick surface. I did a lot of research and decided on the All-Clad non-stick electric frying pan. I have only used it once. But it did a fantastic job on cooking and browning hash browns In the past it has taken me 20 mins to cook and brown hash browns. Sometimes I would burn them. With the All-clad skillet they cooked and browned in about 5 mins. I cooked them on 300 degrees. Love the size, no hot spots, even cooking. Love how sturdy the frying pan is. It is also very nice looking. Only one very minor comment. The numbers for the settings could be larger and darker on the temp probe. I have to wear my reading glasses to see the numbers on the temp probe. But with each major temp probe clicks. Example 300 degrees clicks then 350 degrees clicks and so on. I highly recommend this electric fryer.

Skellet heats up very fast and has even heating over the large surface. Very easy to clean if you follow the instructions. I would highly recommend this for everyday cooking. Very healthy no oil or butter needed.Looks very nice on our shelf with other appliances.

Like most households, I have the low-end version of an electric skillet (which will now be given to the kids) after I used this. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! It maintains *perfect* heat even with a full pan. It didn't feel cramped for space (I was worried since it wasn't rectangular that it wouldn't fit what I need to properly). There was no issue. Plenty of space, high sides to prevent splatter (we had about an inch of oil for frying latkes), and just amazing. Easy to clean. My in-laws are ordering one for themselves when they get home! Totally worth the money!

I liked this appliance very much but started noticing that it was not keeping a consistent temperature, which was the aspect of the product that made it a bit more expensive. Finally, I realized the power cord had stopped working.I've had it about a year with minimal use so very disappointing. When it functioned, this was a great product. However, my review has to do with the warranty program. The skillet is still under warranty but you cannot get a replace part ~ it can't even be purchased. I got the complete run-around from All-Clad, they first promised a replacement skillet once I sent the tracking number of the return and then said that was not their policy once I gave the tracking number. You have to mail the skillet back to All-Clad and I was told the turnaround would be up to 3 weeks. This was so frustrating AND time consuming. When it came back it was dented and the new power cord did not resolve the problem. All-Clad needs to realize their customer don't have endless hours to deal with something like this, with call after call to their company. I would buy Cuisinart again, mine lasted for years and I only got rid of it because the coating on the pan started to deteriorate. Definitely regretting this purchase!

This was the third electric grill that I bought. The first two heated to only half of the setting. This ALL-CLAD got very hot, as hot as the dial said. It was extremely easy to clean. Said to be dishwasher safe, but I just wipe it under running water.

Did alot of research before purchasing. Believe it is a discontinued item, so it prompted me to make the decision to buy. It is huge and heavy as others have said, it heats evenly with no hot spots and cooks beautifully. Made chinese chicken wings in it and clean-up was easy. Made macaroni and cheese from start to finish in it and the pasta came out perfect, with creamy sauce....no boiling pasta in a separate pot. Will be making quesadilla with large burrito sized tortillas for lunch which will be no problem as pan is large enough to accommodate them. Can't wait to try making linguini with clam sauce in it as well. Who needs a stove top or oven. I understand one can even roast and bake in it. Being so large, you will need a place to store it or keep it on counter. So far, i love it and look forward to making many delicious meals in it.
