I like the look and the sturdiness. Much better than just propping a book up against something. The,angle is adjustable and the platform can rotate 360°. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to make the ledge on which the book rests adjustable by approximately 1 inch to widen it. If I have a thick book, a large part of the pages hangs over the front and I cannot use the page holders.Other than that, I am happy with my purchase and do not regret having bought this media stand.

LOve this thing. Its absolutely perfect for my 15" laptop. Makes working even more ergonomic. Only flaw - the swivel cant be locked and it turns easily.

I like the sleek look and it's a great way to keep paperwork in view for work!

The media could not be loaded. This thing is more than a couple hands large, the build quality of this is actually quite high and far better than the plastic alternatives that kept popping up in my feed. I didn't like plastic alternatives and I'm not too big on plastic. Even if this is like some kind of particle board with like a faux wood covering, it's is way better than what was being offered to me elsewhere. I absolutely love the weight of this thing. It's actually not light. It's pretty like heavy and it's heavy in the right spot. It's heavy on the base so it really doesn't feel like it's going to like fall over and it has a nice soft foam cushion so it won't Mar the surface of my desk or my floor for that matter. The book holder is nice that it just pops up like almost spring tension, my only gripe about it is that if you have a really thick book, GG (good game) because you likely might struggle to put that book in here. The last thing I have to say about it is the foldability of it is not that great, I had to fight this thing to open it and I probably shouldn't have needed to do that. That but I guess that just means that it's really rigid and maybe I could make it a little less rigid with like a tiny dab of like all-purpose oil or something. But it really wasn't that big of a deal because if it doesn't move too much and it's really hard to open up then I guess it means it can take quite a 'punch' when it comes to the amount of weight a book can be so that it isn't like fold in on itself on accident. Which I think is great.So yeah, all in all this is a great product, my only complaint is that I might not be able the stuff with thicker book on here. I use this stand for reading large books with thick pages. Not ideal, but this stand works great. I did try it with a very large and heavy laptop, but it kept collapsing. It came with a tool to tighten the bolts, so it could probably even be used for that as well. I was surprised at the build quality. It's quite good. Real, thick steel, ball bearing swivel base, and quite a heavy and solid stand. It's well designed and the little arms that come out to hold the book open have little ball bearings to make it easier to slide pages underneath of them. It's easy enough to use and makes it far more comfortable to do things like cook and eat while reading.The little rubber bumpers that clip to the steel frame fell off instantly and got lost. They need attached better. Not a big deal to me.Overall a good book holder. Nice looking too. I'd get this again.
