What a great pair of headphones! The price point is amazing for the sound quality that you get. I have given up on my AirPods and I’m now switching to these for my day to day use. Very happy I took the risk on these. They come with 4 extra different ear piece sizes to ensure you find the perfect fit. I don’t feel worried that it’s going to fall out either. Connecting the headphones with my phone was also seamless. There were 3 different colors offered to choose from, and I chose the classic black color. I haven’t taken a call with these yet to test out the mic but I’m assuming that it is also good quality. The case and headphones feel and look durable. I also like that the case stands up and isn’t rounded at the bottom.

Amazing pair of buds, maybe one of the best out there anywhere near this price-point.KEEP IN MIND! There have been 3 generations of this earbud as far as I can gather. I am reviewing the Gen 3 version that I purchased May of 2025. Many of the other reviews here are from older versions so keep that in mind when deciding if you want these buds.Pros -* Comfort is great, lots of different tips to assure you have the right fit* ANC is amazing, out of the other Tozo products (I have tried many!) it's maybe the best at eliminating sound in ANC mode and passive mode is amazing as well* Sounds excellent for a sub 100 dollar bud, equalizers in the app help you fine tune the sound to be exactly what you want. Really one of the best sounding buds I have ever used.* Long battery life, compact case, and the case lets you know how much charge it has remainingCons -* Might just be me but sometimes I don't want my buds to power on when I open the case. It does make for a very quick connect which is nice but if the case gets opened by mistake in say my backpack, then it the buds power on and connect to my phone* Wind! If you have ANC or Passive mode on wind is massively amplified (a common issue with ANC buds, not just these) but it's pretty intense. Just a brisk walk indoors can create enough wind noise to be very distracting. Going outside with ANC or Passive on is obviously even worse on a windy day. Turning these modes off or turning wind mode on (only do-able with the app) fixes the issue though so minor issue really.Side Note -* If you like pod style earbuds these are great, if you like the style that hangs down more (like the airpods) then the NC3 is the bud for you. They are excellent buds as well and the only negative of the NC3 compared to the NC9 is that the NC3 ANC and Passive modes are only about 90% as good as the NC9.

Third pair of Tozo's and the best so far.I have liked the Tozo earbuds I have used. I can't compare them to very expensive brands but if those high dollar brands are truly worth the money you pay then they must be insanely great, because all the Tozo's I have had, have had great sound and very nice Noise Cancellation. These NC9 Model's are a huge step up on the older Tozo's I have had that I considered to be great. I have an old 25 year old ford ranger that generates a lot of road noise and interior noise from AC/Fans etc.. engine noise.. Just lots of old car noise. I can turn the noise cancellation on and 90% of it goes away.. It feels like noise wise I sat down in a newer quieter car. Just amazing.. also people I'm on the phone with report that the can not hear the background noise and that my voice is nice and clear. The 6 microphones built in do a good job of capturing my voice and at the same time filtering out external white noise both for me and the people on the other end of my call. My older Tozo's didn't seem to filter the noise for the people I was talking to before so I think this is a new feature. I would say that the NC on these new units is at least 30% better than the old ones. This is just my guess. We have quite window units in our house for AC. The old earbuds would reduce the noise to almost not noticeable. The new ones reduce it to where you can't tell the AC units or any fans or motors in the house are running. When I first tried them I kept thinking the AC had been turned off.battery life is decent. I think I am getting the full advertised usage, however I don't normally use them that much in a single go or even in a couple days so I tend to run them down to no more than 30 to 40% at the most and then put back in the case to charge back up. If I have used them that day I put the case on the charger on the bedside in the evening so I don't think I have ever run the case down more than 25%.I have used 3 pairs of Tozo's so far. And my wife and daughter have each been given a pair and they are really happy with them. I did buy one pair that I returned as it had a permanent white noise in one earbud that I couldn't get rid of. Factory reset etc.. didn't help so I immediately returned. I just considered that a quality control issue and to be honest it wasn't loud nor made it unusable but it was annoying. Over all though the price to performance and reliability have made me really happy.I have no issues recommending these. They only advice is to purchase whichever model has the newest tech in it if you can afford it. There is significant improvements in the newer more feature rich models. That being said I thought the older models were the cat's meow at the time and loved them. Still would be happy with them in the absence of the new models. the older models are now in the 19 to 22 dollar range on average with the new ones being in the 39 to 59 dollar range. Each of the new ones I have purchase though have had coupons or discounts putting them in the 29 dollar range. Pricing is always a time sensitive then so this is only valid for when this review was made.My biggest complaint has nothing to do with Tozo or any brand but with earbuds in general. They are small, both bud's and case's and easy to lose or misplace. It drives me nut's trying to keep track of them sometimes. However that is a me problem and not anything to do with any fault with the actual product.

I love these earbuds. The fit is solid and very complfortable. I forget I have them in most of the time. The sound quality is great. Latency is perfect there is virtually no lag. The tozo app really takes them to another level with the EQ selection, AI translator, it I will take meeting do station l,band face to face real time translator. It takes the to a whole nother tier. The Active Noise Canceling is rather good. However, the Transparency mode however left me wanting. It also has a neat feature to reduce the wind noise. Battery life is awesome. The only thing I will say is get the protective case so you have a way to clip them on something. It's a deceptively small case.
