With marine collagen, my main concern is that there is no fishiness - this Premium Marine Collagen Dipeptides with Hyaluronic Acid plus more has zero fishy taste or smell.Love the high quality of third party testing and certified good manufacturing practices - but not sure where this is actually made as it is manufactured for a company in Hoover, Alabama (doesn't mean it was made there). The label says this is made somewhere in the USA.My go to amount of collagen is 2500 mg and two capsules of this marine collagen provide only 800 mg, so I am using this to supplement my other go to collagen that is a bit more potent. The marine collagen in this product is a patented ingredient and it might mean that the 800 mg is more potent than similar non patented marine collagen - I really cannot say if this works any better. Most studies I have read recommend 2500 mg (2.5 g) of collagen for hair, skin , and nails. There are additional vitamins, including vitamin C that increases collagen bioavailability, and no sure why the well established vitamins (also A & E) don't have a % daily value - there is a note on the label that the daily value for these vitamins has not been established and that's just not correct. The 50 mg of hyaluronic acid is also on the low side in terms of what my other hair / skin / nail supplements provide.Overall this Premium Marine Collagen Dipeptides with Hyaluronic Acid might work well if you are just starting to see if collagen with hyaluronic acid might work for you. the higher does have definitely improved my hai, skin , and nails. I wouldn't call this product highly potent - but might work out well as a beginner supplement.

It is easy on my stomach, even after getting over being sick, it is still easy on my stomach.Collegen has a good list of possible health benefits. I'm not sure if it makes a difference on the source.One of the first things that came up, looking up collegen is that it is supposed to be good for aging skin. Other things that it is claimed to be good for are, joint health, bone health,nail health, hair health, skin health, gut health, and wound recovery.I can't say for sure about all of the benefits but my back and joints haven't been hurting for a long time, since I've been taking a few supplements I'm not certain what supplements to give the credit to, but I do know for sure that this supplement has not had any noticeable negative side effects.Considering the benefits of collegen I do recommend it.

This capsule form of collagen takes longer to see results. However, it is a simple alternative to powder, and great for on-the-go. It’s a great backup product to keep at the office. When there’s no time for the morning smoothie.

Well, I've taken Collagen on and off for a long while now. But the only form I've taken them in is in powder form which at first was a fan of but then it just got too annoying trying to be consistent with the type of drink to mix it with. Although, I haven't taken them long enough to tell a difference, I can say that the pills are pretty good in quality. They are not too big and I can swallow them easily which I appreciate that I can just do with water. There's no smell or weird after taste and didn't make my stomach feel uneasy. I like that I only have to take 2 a day to get the daily dose. And a really important factor is that it is manufactured in the USA. If there's any significant changes that I think is of concern or improvements, I will update my post. But so far so good and I recommend them if you don't want to go the powder mixing form.
