I’ve had this product for over a year. It’s extremely quiet, efficient, reliable, and easy to maintain. It looks pristine just like the day I purchased it. Battery holds for about 1.5 months per charge and charging takes maybe an hour or so. Battery maintenance is so minor that I don’t even think about it. I’ve since purchased 3 more of these for bathrooms and my wife and I think they’re great. I’ve filled them with thicker soap before and they still managed to flow well, but the soap Simplehuman recommends (their own brand) does flow the best. I do wish the company offered an antibacterial variant of their soap, but I’m happy with what they offer overall.This soap dispenser is relatively expensive, but I’ve tried three other cheaper options and it’s clear you get what you pay for. Like I said, I now own four of these units total and this is the one you want.

This thing charges for about 9 months, then slowly to where you have to charge it every other day!
