I have felt some great results. If you hold you abs in you will definitely feel it. It’s very durable and can be adjusted for your desired vibration. It also helps to relieve stress. It can be quite noisy if you are not standing on it just right. My kids think it’s fun.

It's really good quality and speed up to 100. Has it really made a difference in my life regarding weight, etc.? No. lol. But the product itself is good!!! Worth the money if you're going to use it daily.

I use this under my work desk to help with my circulation from sitting all day. MUCH better than using a small bike/elliptical and trying to work at the same time. It is very sturdy and as advertised. It does work your muscles when doing the different exercises. Would recommend this brand to anyone who wants to try, but doesn't want to spend a ton of money on the name brand. Same quality.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wanting a vibration plate for a while to help with lymphatic drainage, but had a hard time finding the right one. This one is perfect! It’s very quiet, sturdy, and easy to use, it comes with the vibration plate, a plug in chord, remote with batteries, hooks on bottom for resistance bands, and a user manual. Goes up to 99 different speed levels, I’ve only gone up to 25 and it shakes you pretty good, in the video I’m only on level 1 and it’s still shaking a lot! Love using it while watching a show, the timer only goes up to 10 minutes which is fine, if you want to do it longer you can just start it over again. My only issue is that I don’t know what the “HA” stands for that flashes across the screen. I don’t know if I’m just dumb, but I can’t find it anywhere in the user manual. It’s not that big of a deal, it just bothers me that I don’t know what it stands for. I did notice after the first couple times that I had pain in my armpit afterwards and I looked it up and it said that it was from the increased activity in lymphatic system so I definitely think it’s working! Also feels good on my lower back and shoulders pain. I love it!

Bought this in November and it no longer works. I don’t recommend this product! Pretty sure it should work longer than 3 months! I do want to add that after this review, they sent me another one. I appreciate that!
