Really enjoying the lights
Really cool lights. Strong build quality. Good idea for the usb c adapter. It fits into the portal easily then it's simple deal to get the system charging.I like the price and the fundtion. It's clearly the best charger in the class.

Charges Portal Quickly
I bought this as a stand/charger for my portal. Works great, keeps my portal upright on my desk. I love the lights around the base! I do not notice a significant difference in using this device to charge my portal versus the official chord that came in the box. It also matches the aesthetic of the white PS5/DualShock/Portal nicely so I appreciate that for my setup!

Good charging stand
Works great with the portal. Would be nice if you could select a color for the LEDs, but there is not app or anything. Brightness is good if you want the LEDs on, but I usually leave them off. Matches the look of the portal well and keeps it charged without problems.

Well Built and Looks Great
Build quality feels great. It has a bit of weight to the base along with rubber feet to help keep it from sliding around. The magnetic usb-c adapter is nicely engineered to prevent wear and tear by reducing friction from connecting and disconnecting a usb port. Instead it just sits on the connectors to get a charge. The LED light pattern can be changed by just touching the back of the stand and rotating through the options. You can also tell if the portal is charged at a glance according to the LED light (dependent on your LED light setting you selected). It feels very sturdy with the Portal docked. Overall a nice way to display and charge your portal.

Great charging stand!
The stand works great and looks really cool! I like that you can control whether the LEDs light up or not. My only problem is that it does not come with a power block to plug into the wall. So if you don’t want to plug this into a USB-C port on your PS five, you have to have a separate power block/ac adapter.

Best overall PS Portal Charging Dock
I have tried a couple & this is the perfect PS Portal charging docks. The fact that it’s not a consensus 5.0 means nothing is meant to be.Dongle fits nice and secure & serves as an easy guide to dock. Most importantly, charges at the fastest rate possible (14% to 83%) in one hour. 2 hours total from empty to full. Others I’ve tried do not charge as fast in comparison to a USB C cable connected directly to a 20-30w power brick. The lights are a nice touch & can be turned off. Others have mentioned that the dongle is hard to remove. You’ll need to turn the Portal upside down & remove by putting fingers on both sides & pulling away, since it’s a secure fit. The removal on other, similarly designed docks is more difficult (due to the smaller dongle(s), where you actually need pliers). The base of the dock has nice weight to it, too. This is the only first party charging dock & best overall IMO. It’s also the most expensive.

Won’t fit with any accessories
I have a super thin case on mine. It protects it from any super minor fumbles and scratches when placed on a surface briefly. With the case on, it won’t fit the stand. It needs to be bare bones with absolutely nothing attached in order for it to fit properly.Update. It’s nearly impossible to remove the attachment from the plug without causing any scuff or damage to the port. With that said, it is beautiful
