Why did you pick this product vs others?:My 12 year old say a YouTuber using a yoyo and he wanted to try it. Loved the color. I was glad it was a good quality for the price.

Comfort to handle and glow in the dark fun!

Decent yo-yo for a kid to learn on. The rainbow look is cool and can be good for boys or girls. The strings felt thick and quality made. The extra strings were very nice to have on hand. The overall function was reliable and responsive with a gentle tug. The value for the money is spot on.

Durable (for a yoyo).. quality strings included!

It has been several years since I last used a YoYo.This one came nicely packaged, with 5 extra strings of various colors.Performed very well out of the package. Sleeps easily, then returns with a small tug.Aside: Freaked out our dog a little bit. He has never seen anything like it. He is more used to tennis balls; which do not return on their own.Glow feature works, but is not super bright. I may retest after more time under a brighter light.I took off one star due to a comfort issue. I am feeling a little bit of pain when the YoYo hits my hand on the return. I am thinking that this YoYo perhaps has a narrower edge; which concentrates the force when it hits my fingers. I might adjust and/or get used to this, but first day use is slightly unpleasant for me.

Hey kids, I've got the most incredible toy ever—the Magic YOYO D1 Glitter Crystal Yo-yo! Let me tell you why I love it so much!This yo-yo is SUPER sparkly! The glitter crystal color makes it look like it's made of magic when the sun hits it. It's so pretty that I sometimes just like looking at it!I like that it's a "responsive" yo-yo. That means when I throw it down, I can return it to my hand with just a little tug on the string. It's so much fun to feel it zoom back up! When I first started, I couldn't do any tricks, but this yo-yo made learning easy.The yo-yo is made of strong plastic, so I don't have to worry about breaking it when I accidentally drop it (which happened a few times when I was learning!).. They're also not too heavy, so my arm doesn't tire even when I practice for a long time.It comes with six extra strings, which is fantastic because yo-yo strings can get worn out after lots of playing. My mom was happy she didn't have to buy more strings immediately!I've learned how to do the "Walk the Dog" trick, and I'm working on "Around the World" now. This yo-yo makes learning tricks fun because it's so good at coming back up.This is a perfect first one if you've never had a yo-yo. And if you already know how to use a yo-yo, you'll have tons of fun with all the fabulous tricks you can learn!My friends at school think it's cool when I show them my tricks. The MAGIC YOYO D1 is the best $ I spent on a toy!

These yo-yos are definitely better quality than what we've used before.However, on one of them we ran into a problem. One curious son unscrewed his yo yo and I think the bearings on one side fell out, because when we've tried to screw it back in together, it is either loose and wobbly or too tight for the string to even fit. Unfortunately, I didn't see the bearings fall out and we've looked all around the area where he was sitting and didn't find anything. So unfortunately, this yo yo is useless now. I will have to figure out about buying yoyo bearings replacements? I don't actually know if anything is missing, though.However, my other son's yo yo is perfect, and he is really getting the hang of it.I like it that they come without the string attached, so you can choose which string you want to use. It also comes with so many backup strings, meaning this should last a long time. I also appreciated that I had to learn how to put a yo-yo string on since I have never done that before, and now I'll know how to replace them in the future.It glows in the dark to the same extent as other glow in the dark items we own, looking even better if you use a UV flashlight to "charge" it.Overall I think this is an excellent product, I just wish the second one wasn't so easy to break.
