This Lion's Mane is the goat. There are other brands but this is on my top 3 list. A great product for those who are health conscious or just need a little more than what aging bodies produce naturally.

I read so anecdotal evidence that it helped with overactive bladder urges. And as of right now I feel as though it actually has helped a fair bit. Whether it is a placebobeggect or it really works I Dont know, but I have had my situation improved.

I started taking this because my brain felt staticy. After two weeks I was not convinced but i had decided to take the whole bottle before i made up my mind about it. Week three is where the magic happened. I woke up and realized that the static in my brain was less. Like WAY less. Week four and I feel like i can think clearly. I still have some left in the bottle. It is now on subscription so i don't run out!
