Very speedy returns
I ordered 2 of these and one didn't work. I applied to return the one that didn't work and get another one. Today I received the new one and I haven't even returned the broken one yet. now that's service.

Amazing Quality!
Bought the SG-40 IEM system to try for our church. We've been unhappy with the wireless IEM systems we've been using in the 300Mhz band. Lot's of drop outs. This SGPRO system was rock solid and the sound quality in the ear buds was much better as well. Currently, it's not available to purchase again but hopefully it will be soon as I will be buying 2 more.It's back available again so I bought 2 more. This system works very well. No static or drop-outs.

Good Value
First wireless iem experience for me. Happy after a 1 hour test run. Anxious to see how it performs at a live gig. Connects seamlessly and has intuitive, digital user controls. What really surprised me was the sound through the supplied in ears. I had bought Shure SE-215 buds to use with this unit. After spending some time tweaking I wasn’t completely happy. Just for the heck of it I thought I’d try the SGPRO buds. And there was the sound I was looking for - deep, rich bass, which is important for me because I’m monitoring my bass guitar through them. Overall, this unit is definitely worth the price.

Not for professional use…..
Product seemed like it would be a good alternative for professional use but way inadequate when it comes to volume and head room. For the price it is “ok” in a “back up” role. I’ll definitely be looking to replace. I would not recommend for full time professional use.

A sound addition to your gear
If nothing else, it's a functional monitor that provides a professional look your clients will appreciate at your gigs - they feel like they're getting a good deal when you have impressive looking equipment.The matching screens on transmitter and receiver are very helpful when you have a ton of gear to set up and make sure everything has it's own channel.The earpieces mimic the custom molded look without actually being custom. The silicone tips are probably sufficient for anyone who isn't the lead vocalist. Your drummer will love it. Ok, enough with the jokes.The whole thing is pretty sensitive to the line in level.At less than 25% of the name brand cost this thing is sure to help newer performers get setup without going broke.
