Charges MacBook Pro @ 95w, It's max, any USB C 100w cable, I went for 2 x 240w @ 2m for £ 9.99.My Thunderbolt 3 cables which are all 100w only managed 33w, £40 for a 2m optionThunderbolt speed is 40GB and the USB C transfer speed is 480mbs.If you don't need to Charge MacBooks there are options @ 20w £14.99 and 65w £34.99None of the Cubes competing at £15 and under come close to the build quality, I have bought several for the home and gone on to replace them, particularly in both my daughters bedrooms with safety in mind.
