Initially went for a cheaper adapter without usb C, also found that charging my phone was slow. Returned and payed extra for this and I can say it was worth paying the extra.

I'm a tinkerer and build, upgrade and modify PCs as a part time income stream and hobby I often have several small desktop devices on the go (soldering iron, hot air blower, dremel etc). It's easy to use all these devices with this power cube.Having said that, my partner has now stolen it and it's permanently on her crafting and dressmaking table now (she's even cable-tied it to the leg of her table in a passive-aggressive move that tells me I shouldn't even try to get it back!!) She uses the USB sockets to the max for her various desktop devices, to charge her phone, power a small camera and power her laptop. 5 x 13A sockets, 3 x USB-C, 2 x USB-A sockets (high power PD and QC USBs)The thing is well made, feels sturdy and has a permanently attached power lead. My partner loves the on/off switch because she can just switch off her entire table when she leaves it.I like this a lot - really useful and well-executed device.

The compact cube design is great for fitting into small spaces, and the 5 sockets give you plenty of room for all your devices.The USB-C port is brilliant for fast charging – I have the 15 Pro Max and it gets to a full charge in under 2 hours, pretty much. The build quality feels solid, and of course you expect surge protection with these sorts of devices - I hope I never have to test it, but it's good to just know it's there.Overall, it’s a super handy and reliable piece of kit, perfect for home or office use. Highly recommend!

Now I sit on the sofa and watch TV, the coffee table is also used for some work involving varied electronics. At the far corner, I have a flat 8-way socket with 4 USB A sockets.I've never needed all 8 so replacing this with one that has five is fine, similar to the USB A sockets, 2 is enough for me and has the advantage of 3 USB C sockets. Previously, I would have had to use one mains socket and an adapter.Another advantage of this design is that larger mains adapters can be orientated so you avoid obstructing other sockets.It also uses far less real estate on my table.I haven't cut the cable in half to examine it, but seems to be really well constructed .Overall I have no problem recommending it, even at £35.99 ( at the time of review ) might sound a little high and the texture looks like 3-d printed.

It can be hard to find multi-plug cables in black, but around the tv area I prefer black, as it matches the tv/ stereos etc. This multiplug works fine, looks good - nice dark ‘real’ black.No complaints - 5 stars!

I seem to be having problems with plugs - the usual extension leads don’t seem to accommodate the size of these plugs. However, this square lead seems to work well with these large plugs. It’s versatile and looks really professional

This is a great little power cube with superb 65watt USB charging! This can charge my Surface laptop or Macbook with no issues - keeping either of them running all day straight from the USB socket. It's not overly huge on the desk and has a good weight to it. Super and well priced!
