NatrolQuick Balance Happy Mints, Occasional Stress Relief Supplement, 30 Mints, 15 Day Supply

I've used Natrol dissolvable melatonin products for years (they're the best tasting ones around) so I figured I'd give these Quick Balance Happy Mints a shot since I trust the brand.I had no idea that saffron was supposed to be good for stress relief. I regularly take curcumin (turmeric) and that seems to help promote calm for me, but I might have to add saffron into the mix after trying these out. Instead of the delay when taking capsules, these mints seem to work much quicker--in as little as 30 minutes. They're discreet and come in what look like a regular mint tin, so if you're taking them before a meeting or interview others will be none the wiser.

I personally had a negative reaction to these and have tossed them away! I can not personally recommend these.

Nice mints. I didn't feel one way or the other after taking them, but I think they did help me relax. Nice taste and not overpowering. NIce kid-proof tin as well, which I appreciated.

This mint not only helps with stress but is also tasty. Each piece is small and easy to bite. The mint is orange, mango, and saffron flavored. Although it is sugar-free, it is surprisingly sweet. The tin case is also excellent—definitely the best I’ve seen. It’s very secure, so there’s no worry about it opening in your purse and the mints spilling out. I’m not sure how much it helped with stress, as I wasn’t very stressed when I tried it. However, it had no side effects and felt good. I will definitely purchase it again once it runs out.

These mints just aren’t it. They have a very strange flavor that I could barely stand. As far as whether they work or not, I couldn’t tell you since I couldn’t get past the flavor. I do love the lock on this tin because it ensures kids will not get in.

I found that these had a mild, but noticeable effect not too long after dissolving them in my mouth. The flavor is pleasant with a hit of saffron and citrus. They have a nice texture and dissolve slowly. They are kept clean and dry in a nice tin with a child-proof opening mechanism. They also don't have too strong an impact and won't overwhelm you. I didn't experience any side effects. They aren't the most economical though so value is a question.

I wouldn’t call these mints as they don’t taste minty at all…more of a sweet citrus with something else which is probably the saffron. Not unpleasant. I could not really feel any difference after taking them. Possibly there was a slight calming effect.5 stars for taste and ease-of-use (I like the tin), but can’t evaluate effectiveness.

Reviewing Natrol Quick Balance Mints, I’ve had some health concerns crop up recently and there is a lot of testing and waiting. It’s a stressful time. I need something to take the edge off the stress, but I wanted something natural. These are perfect. They taste nice, give me just enough of a sigh of relief to not drive myself crazy and come in a handy, metal tin. They taste similar to children’s chewable vitamin C but better, and they’re inexpensive. They are exactly what I was looking for.
