Crystal clear water
Already got a couple of these, they are great filters, keeps algea away, powerful enough but not too powerful, they are not too noisey if you know how to set it up, unfortunatly had to return this one as it was delivered with a broken uv bulb

I need help with this. I clean the filter regularly and it’s just not doing much at all. Hardly any bubbles. This is the second one that was sent to me as the first was damaged. Please help!How do you clean the whole filter?

Wouldn’t repurchase. Ok for price. What UV? Low flow rate
This pump is what it is. It’s a cheap filter for a small tank. The noise is loud and the flow of the waterfall feature may as well be non existent as the minimum water level needed to run the pump does not allow for a good distance between the water surface and the pump so the waterfall feature is swallowed up. I turned the waterfall around and it just sounded like a dripping toilet and was noisy the noise was lessened when the waterfall feature wasn’t in use but it was still loud. I am unaware of where the uv filter part was as I took this apart to find it after I had taken the pump out for the noise complaint I was curious as it shows a blue light and an obvious mention of uv. I never did find it so I am unsure wether they gave me the wrong one or they don’t actually include it in the pump either way for the price it was ok but that’s all I can say.

Beware
This item stopped working in a few months. The electric wiring became exposed where it joins the canister and caused an electric short.
