Storage space is ok as per the model segment. Freezer is very capable and can produce ice within 1hrs. IFB after sell service is also good. Within 1 week of purchase the door open close screw got loose. But as we had raised a complaint ticket at IFB their agent had visited and get that part repaired in no time.

Return Nightmare — Worst Support Ever:I initiated a return due to these issues, and Amazon approved it. But for over a week, no one has come to pick it up.Every day I get false pickup updates. No one calls. Pickup is auto-cancelled and rescheduled.I have called Amazon support daily, wasting hours of my life, and still — no resolution.Amazon’s treatment of genuine customers is shocking.They are letting sellers list questionable products.They are avoiding responsibility for pickup and refund.They are turning a simple return into mental harassment.I used to trust Amazon, but after this, I’m genuinely reconsidering whether I should ever order large appliances here again.DO NOT buy this product. Within an hour and half, on its first installation ice cubes are ready, during continuous working it will be ready in an hour as IFB promised, thanks IFB for such agreat product.
