I started these probiotics about a month ago. The label says 2 capsules after a meal once or twice a day. Since I had been on antibiotics. recently, I started with twice a day. No problems at all. And I was feeling better. But what I hadn’t expected was that they helped me quickly take off the last couple pounds I wanted to lose. Don’t get me wrong. They are not magic. I was eating low carb and healthy too. Also, the day I decided to scarf down a whole cauliflower pizza, I was quickly reminded that there is a limit to what a probiotic could do. And the weight could easily come back. But just a couple days eating healthy again, and those pigging out pounds were back off. And I was feeling better again.

This was the BEST women’s probiotic I have ever taken. I’ve been regularly taking probiotics for about a year now and I have tried several different brands.. but this one changed the game IMMEDIATELY. I started taking these and within 3 days I was having the best poops of my life. I feel like I’m actually empty and the bowl shows me how much I’m actually getting out of my body. Love love love this product.

it works very well does not have a taste to it does not make your stomach upset no smell i dont know about the health benefits have not took it long enough

Quantity and quantity are perfect. I have no way in seeing if this works, but it feels the same with my insane expansive probiotics I took before. Why not saving some money.

Been using these for a couple of months now and I have no complaints. I don't see any noticeable results, obviously, but I'm not having any negative or adverse effects, so I assume they are working fine. The price and description was right for me, I ordered 2 bottles and would repurchase again.

I am currently 49 and over the years I’ve tried so many different probiotics and even a prescription one. Never saw any benefits using any of them. I was skeptical with this one especially for the price. On the 2nd day using this one, I knew I found a winner but continued to take them to make sure. I still have more in my bottle but just subscribed so I never run out. These are truly the best I have ever used.

The only downside is it has a bad taste when you take it. Don't smell good either.
