Anthony's Organic Strawberry Powder, 12 oz, Freeze Dried, Gluten Free, No Sugar Added, Non GMO

When I was stationed in California's San Juaquin Valley at Castle AFB, I learned that farmers export the best of their best crop. Now I live in Florida, and if I may assume the same truth holds, then it would apply as well to Florida', where strawberries form a huge crop. Assuming further that this applies as well to that portion of Florida's strawberry crop that is sold to maker of strawberry dry power. Buffer this with the splendid reputation of Anthony's, and you have what I believe to be useful for my protein shakes. Sure it doesn't have much taste, but it has all the nutrients and my shakes get flavor from a banana, vanilla protein powder, and matcha green tea powder.

Goes great in my strawberry and banana smoothie. I like that it’s organic and the texture is super fine . Easy to add to your yogurt or smoothies.

I absolutely love this strawberry powder and buy a lot from this brand! Super tasty to flavor food like frosting baked goods or drinks like milk. I make strawberry milk for my daughter with this and a tiny bit of maple syrup. You can add dragon fruit powder for it to be more pink but it’s a nice light pink without it. Great quality and value you get a decent amount since it’s organic. You can use it for baking but need to use a a lot for flavor, and it doesn’t come out bright pink. I add their dragon fruit powder for baking. Good texture I use a hand held frother and blend it in drinks, and it’s easy to just pour with a scooper. I also use it in electrolyte powder.

I own a bakery, and I use freeze-dried strawberry powder in my strawberry buttercream. I've tried many different brands. Anthony's is one of my favorite brands for lots of ingredients, but this is the first time I've used it for strawberry powder. It was a little more expensive than others I've previously bought, but the shipping was fast, and I needed it right away. It's a good product, and I will purchase again.

Fresh tasting and perfect for making cold foam. My only complaint is that it takes a LOT of power to get any real noticeable flavor

I would leave a zero review if I could. I never leave reviews but am so disappointed I am now and hope to save others money. If you want true strawberry flavor this isn't it. I normally buy elsewhere but decided to give this try. Tasteless is the only way to describe it. No point in eating them, I'm throwing the package out. I question if there's any strawberries in there at all. From China.
