Puchased for indoor use only for a product that had a lengthening handle to get to the tricky places, I.e high landing window and hard to reach kitchen window. I have a Window Cleaner who cleans the outside.(Current inside set up used is an Oxo rubber blade and a foam sponge used to wet wash the window down first)Puchased this item set came with a window washer tool and extendable handle.Whilst this set has some good points, they are balanced out by the negative ones. To review/critique this purchase, my view is as follows...The window washer tool at 12" is good with a microfiber cover, and has a spare one for wash and use. Fits the tool well. Negative is the size of 12" is too big to go in a bucket either on its own or with the extension pole in place. Negative the washing tool has a click-lock initial pole that is difficult to get in and out - if you want to use the extension pole for use with the rubber blade drying tool this is really fiddly to get out and keep changing. There should be 2 x click-lock poles, one for each of the washer tool and rubber blade drying tool to eleviate this. Negative as the washing tool had to be used in a washing up bowl for dunking, it kept falling over in the water and water ran all over if you didn't remember to tip it out of the hollow handle before using it.The rubber blade drying tool is 12" and is really too big for precise use and fiddly with small windows and narrow openers. Needs to be at least 2" shorter in width for better control of the blade in limited space. Negative the handle on the rubbee blade tool was not secure to stop in place and it was skating from one side of the blade to the other meaning unbalanced pressure when removing water. Negative it was hard to get the right angle on the blade with the handle on, that's if you have managed to get it off the washing tool!My experience is mixed on this product. It works as separate elements but not as a package. I feel that I've purchased an item not quite as I was expecting.Therefore, I have refined the way I clean my windows using a combination of the old way and the new way by using the newwashing tool only in this purchase and reverted back to using my trusted Oxo rubber window blade for drying them off afterwards I've binned the new rubber blade tool as no use. With hindsight I would probably have been buying a separate washing tool only, but mistakingly thought this would be a total replacement.I don't believe if the extension pole was to be used at full length for medium-high windows outside, the pole is sturdy enough for the reach and pressure needed to use the rubber blade tool to dry off. For high outside windows don't fire the window cleaner!

A really excellent product. The materials used are very sturdy. For a window cleaner at this price point, it can be easily disassembled into small sections for storage, which is very convenient. The most important thing is that it scurbs the glass very cleanly.

Arrived withing a day, perfectly boxed and perfectly packaged on the inside. There are not damages. Amazing value for the price only ONE downfall. In the photo I've attached each side of the wiper the metal seems to be further to the end of the rubber on each side, in person it is just abit to short so when getting the edges/corners the rubber bends so have to redo the edges with a shammy but overall impressed with the sturdiness of the pole as fully extended as I can be a tad heavy handed. Would of been 4.5 star but will not allow me to do. I have very tall windows on the upstairs so I cannot reach full and I only have step ladders but I don't have to worry as the supply an option for extra pole extensions so definitely be ordering them. Also amazing streak free apart from the edges as I have already explained.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Always a risk, buying unseen, but these were a pleasant surprise. Goes together well and does the job, fine. I like them.Quality:the quality seems pretty good.
