I must take Folic Acid daily, Sometimes my doctor asks me to either increase or decrease the amount and by purchasing these 1000 mcg tablets it's easy. They are very small and easy to swallow. Plus they are so much more affordable than the cost of a written physician prescription. Great Product.

This product suits me well where my body does not produce enough folic product. I have been taking for years.

Great product and price for the quantity, but despite the tiny size of the tablet, I choke on them every single time that I take them. The sharp edges and the quick disintegration cause these to get stuck. I will switch to capsules.
