This is a review for the ZHIYUN Molus X60 [Official] 60W RGB Video Light with Grip Battery: I wasn't planning on enjoying using this light as much as I do, as I have other color LED light wands and edge-lit lights for specific purposes, but the bowen mount and the impressive size has made this a great asset for smaller productions.Specifically, a lot of the lower value LED lights come with a frosted modifier that you can't remove to even out the light source. The benefit to that is that you don't see the individual LEDs on the panel, but it makes it difficult to modify accurately, and more importantly, makes it difficult in certain situations to really get the most out of your wattage.The Molus x60 solves that by allowing you to have the bowens mount: if you need a more intense, direct light, now you don't have to have any modifier, or you can use a wide array of pre existing accessories if need be. I also appreciate that the battery is removable (although I do wonder in the long run if I would've wanted something like a Sony NPF battery mount), so if I need to mount this light as a backlight or something, I can shed the weight and go hard-wired if I do need to reduce the weight, or just run it with the battery to avoid the hassle or running cable.bear in mind, it's a 60-watt; you're not realistically going to light a whole scene with this thing, but I for one am impressed so far with the light and what it can do!

I already loved the Molus G60, but this is better. Love the external battery capability. Love the little diffuser. Love how compact and packable the whole package is, and the look. Zhiuyun's whole line of studio/mobile lighting are in a class of their own. And these X60s are a Win! 👍
