Amazing product! Comes vacuumed sealed and firms up quickly, and even comes with two packages of extra shredded memory foam to add for extra firmness if desired. I have back and neck problems and these pillows have been a game changer. The cooling side is amazing also. First night of use, I woke up the next morning with no neck pain for the first time in a long while. 10/10 recommend!

The first thing you will notice is the smell. It’s kind of like a chemical smell almost. I did wash the covers like people suggested and it helped but I had to let them air out for about a week before I was willing to sleep with it.When opening these pillows the second thing I noticed that I was kind of grossed out by is, the extra foam shavings seem to be floor sweepings. The foam looked almost molded or just super dirty. I wasn’t willing to use it in my pillow… so I opened the pillows and looked through the foam inside and it wasn’t like that. The foam was nice and blue and clean looking.Even though I through the extra foam away, the foam that came in the pillow is enough for me. I think the pillow is plenty thick and it’s a very comfortable pillow. They are a bit on the firmer side and provide good support.

Very surprised about this pillow. It is actually a very good pillow. 1 side is cool to the touch just like it was advertised. Works perfect as a sleeping pillow for the couch.Great price on a great pillow! Also you get 2 pillows

I am still looking for the pillow cases that are supposed to be included!It’s ok, not sure yet , seems ok at first but then the head slips down. I only used it once but I feel that the description was misleading as far as the pillow cases.

I love these pillows and the fact that you can personalize the thickness and make them your own is the best. The cooling side is amazing and the washable cover is a must!I just fluff them on the drier every quarter to make sure and give a little refresh!
