The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality non stick function allowing ease of cleaning. Frying and heat distribution seems to depend what you are cooking? Pork and beef steak i find you should cut them into smaller pieces for easier frying and heat distribution on the hobs. I would say good value as this pan is a bit deeper than some other pans which would allow good enough steaming from a frying pan.Along with the good detachable handle, this is a must have pan especially if space is limited!

Really good idea if you have a grill that needs to close the door to operate. Good price and quality.

This is the second German frying pan I have bought and like the first the quality is first class. I usually prefer to use SS pots and pans but my seven year old Tefal whilst showing little wear was past its used by date. I cooked bacon and eggs this morning in my first use of this fry pan with just the amount of heat that was normal on the Tefal, it would appear that this pan needs more heat, I had to up the temperature twice, which is quite a good feature in my opinion. For those who are not aware of coated pans, only use low to medium heat, using high heat will cause the adhesive that adheres the coating to the metal to fail rapidly!

Great! So easy to do everything needed when cooking, start off on the hob and finish it off in the oven. The detachable handle makes things easier! Only down side is the size but still usable!

Lovely pan except second time we used it the handle won’t attach so extremely unsafe to use. So disappointed…..so just so people know….it is dangerous
