It's a workout

Heavy Rope
Awesome rope and heavy enought for 100-200 jump ropes in a round. It strong and sturdy and good for cardio.

Nice weight to it
Hard to find a weighed jump rope with some real heft to it this one is very solid. And a great length I am 6'1" and this is still very usable.

Great Device
It works you good! If you’re looking for intense cardio and endurance, this is it. It works you the same way swimming does but without water. I can only do four separate rounds of 30 seconds

2lb Weighted Jump Rope
At first when I used it I had concern that I should have bought the 1 lb rope. No worries. I pushed myself to use reminding myself that this is just a test because I haven't used before. Just keep trying at my own rate. I'm happy to say in week 3 of using the jump rope, I'm so glad I got the 2 lb. Quality rope gets the job done. I'm glowing while working out & the jump rope is a great addition to my workout routines. Highly recommend.

it’s so short
this is the worse skipping rope i ever used. it’s so hard to twist bc of the handles, not flexible at all and its soo short. u gotta be 4 feet to use this. don’t get it please don’t even waste your time

Great Quality
This stunning color rope is well made and works well. The rope comes with a sleeve for the center to protect from damage when hitting the ground. The weight of the rope will affect your speed. At 5'10" the rope is a good length.
