I bought these to replace two that eventually broke over time. However, I had been using them for about ten years before one of the lids broke off. I was able to continue using it, though, by reattaching it with hot glue. So, in fact, they would have lasted much longer. I preferred to replace it, though, just to be sure. I love the locking mechanism as well as the full enclosure on each section. The smallest of beads, pills, jewelry, or hardware items store perfectly. Excellent.

Work great as a pill case and last a fairly long time. Have to be replaced from time to time when the locking mechanism starts to give out. Not a surprise given that these are opened and shut twice everyday.

I bought this to cut down on storage space for ribbons. The best feature is the lock feature so only the compartment you want to access opens. I recommend this product. I had the singles storage and was happy to find a double storage (I haven’t filled it yet but will shortly).

Love these for organizing my beads. Each compartment comfortably holds at least 50 8mm sized beads, with room to add a few more. The locking mechanism is sturdy, and doesn't open unless you intend to open it, and you don't have to have the nimble finger dexterity of a monkey to get them open. Opening each compartment does require two hands - one to push in the tab on the end, and one to flip open the lid of the compartment you want. I have never had one open by accident or break. Very sturdy plastic, these last a while, through multiple opening and closings without a lot of weakening of the plastic at the seams where the lid creases to open and close. A very good value, in my opinion. And they stack nicely on top of each other and have little "feet" on the corners that, when they are stacked, prevent them from sliding around on top of each other. Highly recommended.

These are great and have a built in mechanism to lock the lids. The locking feature is important where you don't want the lids to accidentally pop open - I have several that I use to store and organize fly fishing hooks and beads.

If you don’t mind sliding the bar every time, this is a good organizer.

The media could not be loaded. This little organizer is surprisingly awesome! I didn’t expect much when I ordered, but this case is more secure than run-of-the-mill craft boxes. The plastic is sturdy, and the long bar locking mechanism is unique. Once it’s locked, it would be nearly impossible for one of the compartments to accidentally open. The locks are a little tricky at first and require two hands for easy unlocking (see video). If you have dexterity problems with your hands or significant arthritis, this product is not the best choice. The case has a low profile, so it fits well in shallow baskets/drawers. I use the case to organize sets of acrylic nails. I may use it in the future to protect small jewelry from kinks/dents while traveling. The case is not waterproof.
