Easy to use and clean
Like this product and happy with the purchase. In last 10 days made different types of soups and all turned out very tasty. If a recipe booklet will be added, then that will b a great help to customer. Soup maker looks good and sturdy .

Amazing soup maker
This soup maker is amazing .. I have been using this from one and half year now making healthy soups in the morning. It’s effortless and makes soups in no time. After one and half year , blade was not rotating and I raised a support issue. They immediately checked the issue and replaced the product.

Good service
After about a year of using this product, the machine started making loud sounds. I raised a service request which was handled by Ms. Anusmita. The problem was addressed promptly and she sent a replacement of the problematic part quickly. It solved my issue and the machine is working fine. Appreciate the quick action and resolution by her.
