Amazing Camera!
The media could not be loaded. Camera was super easy to setup. Be sure to hit the center oaky button to start recording. It will say REC when recording. It can be confusing as it says on in the bottom left corner suggesting it is recording. I setup a time schedule, mounted it, and never looked back. Super easy, amazing video quality, and very affordable!

You cant see the video. No kidding
This time lapse camers is nothing like promoted. I have tried everything under the sun to figure out how to watch the videos I have been taking. They do not sjow up on SD card, do not transfer to iphone or computer. Complete waste of time. In my opinion if they make it this difficult to see what you are recording whats the point. Garbage. Sneding this back monday.

Image quality is low - Only takes video - does not do still images
Disappointed the device cannot take still images. This seems like a simple function, but a more expensive model was is required. Overall video quality is very low making the device all but useless if you care about what the end result looks like.

Be careful on the weatherproof case.
Solid camera. Video recording quality is decent for a time lapse camera. However I do have major complain with the waterproof casing. When doing shot water condensation collects inside the case causes blurry video till it dries up. DId checked many times it is installed properly and ensures that the rubber gasket is clean. Still water accumulates inside the casing after every rain.

Doesn't work
Set it up verbatim per instructions...won't take photos. I waited 2 months before unpacking for a construction project and I tested in the office before deploying to the site. It's a paperweight as far as i can tell. Past the return window.

IT WORKS! (for DAYTIME only - updated review)
Update 7.15.2024 - Sadly night mode does not work. There is so much grainy/static like interference in the images, this seems to be useless for any type of night-time time-lapse you might want to do. Hoping maybe I just got a bad unit. Waiting for customer service to ping me back - sent messages both to their website as well as their YouTube product page. Will adjust rating appropriatelyAfter purchasing (and returning) two different time-laps cameras, each of which I spent hours trying to program or connect to an app, I finally bit the bullet and paid the extra money for a Brinno. SUPER easy set up. No need to schedule, so you can just hit the ok button and start recording. Did a test by timelapsing a YT vid and it worked fine. Taking it outside now to do a more proper test, but I'm SUPER stoked that it appears that I don't have to send this one back too. 3rd time's a charm. It was kind of disappointing that I had to purchase a waterproof case, but the cost didn't deter me. Very SIMPLE camera that is made for one thing.. time-lapse photography. If you're looking for easy, this one is recommended. Will update if things go awry.

NOT WATERPROOF! Do not buy if you need a waterproof casing
Used this camera for the first time for a job that required waterproof timelapse. Bought 5 cameras total (so we have a lot of experience with them now) and the case IS NOT WATERPROOF.We're trying to film some work at a water plant for a major municipality, and we had 1 chance to get a specific shot... but the camera got submerged and water got into the casing (first picture), completely ruining the camera. You can see how they added a crappy, think plastic seal to go around a normal casing that's supposed to make it waterproof, but it's worthless (YOU CAN EVEN SEE IN THE PICTURE THAT THE SEAL IS IN PLACE PERFECTLY!!!)THIS IS NOT WATERPROOF!!! DO NOT BUY!!! You've been warned.
