They do work!!!
I was actually very skeptical because they are quite cheap. However, they do actually work. My 15yr old couldn't stop eating! After a full roast dinner he would be looking for more food after half an hour. So was piling on weight!So tried these, and now he literally has his meals and even then doesn't always finish them and doesn't snack in evenings like he did.

Great when taken with other supplements
Been having these and other diet pills on and off for 9 years and they definitely help to not binge, I recommend taking sea kelp too, you can get it for cheap (£5-7) from Holland and Barret

Contains very little raspberry?
So the label says that 1 daily dose contains the equivalent of 3 grams (3000mg) of raspberry (not raspberry ketones, but just dried raspberry).One average raspberry weighs around 5g. So... These capsules provide the equivalent of less than one raspberry per day?If so I'd be better off buying a bag of frozen raspberries and eating a few every day, surely?

No weight loss in these packets!
Rubbish, waste of money! I get results from walking but absolutely no weight loss from these (instructions followed to the T).Keep your pennies in your pocket or buy some walking trainers and use them (it's better for the little grey cells as well!).

Has to be worth it!
I have only just received this so it is too early to know if it will work but for the price I would say I have to give it a try! Ordered one day, arrived the next so very fast and prompt service too.
