The media could not be loaded.  I have 2 small LPG fire pits, one 18" round pan (23" base), a 13x13 square and one indoor wall mounted bio-ethanol fire place (23" insert, 27" fire-box), so size matters to me, these are small enough and multiple shaped that you can make a nice looking T-pee shape or regular fireplace layout that looks totally natural and with the flames dancing thru and between, gives off a very relaxing visual affect. The neighborhood I live in has regulations against burning wood or anything that gives off random burning embers, in or outdoors, so were limited to liquids and clean burning gas. These are just the right size for smaller burners. The wall mount I had to fabricate an angled bench seat for the logs, from a piece of 24x24" high heat stainless steal 1/4" wire mesh, so the logs were hovering 1.5" above the flame and not directly on top of the fire box. I mixed the 4 sets up because of the different size fire pits. I will post a couple videos of the two different uses. I've been using these for about 3 fall seasons now and have never had any problems with cracking or popping due to condensation or air pockets, just be certain the first time you use them, use a low heat for a good 4 hours, just to be safe and cook off any residual condensation. Then you can crank up the 15" flames without worry! Using LPG, If you get a dark ash residue on your logs, its not the logs, its your flame not burning totally clean, which is natural for the orange flame color. I am totally happy with the quality and aesthetics of these ceramic logs. Woops, says I can only upload one video per review, that's something new. Sorry I cant show the other fire pit due to a new awkward amazon rule. Believe me, it looks just as incredible as the wall mount use. Logs are small - as advertised - but are perfect for my gas stove. I added several of the logs to the existing logs and they filled in the spaces perfectly. The stove is back to radiating warmth while looking beautiful. Best part is the cost did not break my bank, the logs were delivered on time and were easy to install.

These are well made but very small. I was going to use them for my 19inch gas firebowl. Well they were so small I had to fill up the fire bowl with lava rocks before putting these in. I bought them to avoid using lava rocks. Clearly it didn't work out that way.I would say if you have 12 inch or smaller area, it is a nice set. Any big .... these are not for you.

I would say they're like big sticks, not large logs at all. Stacking the 10 pieces doesn't help make up for the small size of these logs. Because of the small size, it doesn't dissipate the heat very well at all.

I love these ceramic logs. They make my propane firepit look more authentic, and surprisingly, because they get very hot the fire pit throws off more heat which is really nice when I'm sitting by it on a cold morning when I'm having my coffee or at night with a drink or hot chocolate. When the fire goes out they actually are glowing red on the bottom so you know they're hot!

Look great and work well, but give off an unbearably strong chemical odor when in use. I'm hoping it goes away and stays away over time.Edit 11/26/23: it has been 2.5 years since my initial 4 star review, and these logs are still emitting an unbearably strong chemical odor during use. I'm worried about the safety of using them because I don't know what I'm inhaling. Im lowering my review to 1 star and plan to replace them once I can find a suitable substitute.

The logs were well packed, they fitted my fireplace perfectly, so easy to set up without introduction. I have not use it yet, I read the reviews about the logs will turn black after using, for the price I paid I expected it would happen but I don’t want to pay 7 to 10 times more to get a better quality set and I know I am going to use my fireplace less than 5 times a year. This set is well worth the money.

About half of the reviews are 5 stars and the other half are 3 stars or less. That's a lot of bad reviews but I figured I'd buy them because the price was comparatively better to the others that looked like the same product. I'm glad I did. Out of the 10 pieces in the box I've only used 6 and they look like real logs, especially when the fire is on. Everyone who's seen them has thought they were real. Adding "Midwest Hearth Rock Wool for Gas Log - 6 oz. Bag" (WAY more than enough) gives it even more of a real look. Well worth it.

Was easy to setup, makes the fireplace throw off a noticeably greater magnitude of radiant heat, and looks like real wood and glowing wood coals! Beautiful.

I purchased a used chimnea on Amazon...only a hole in the box but paid a steal of a price! So these small ceramic real-look ceramic pieces work perfect in a small space. They can be used with gel cans, wood, gas etc. It is all how you place them. I love it my apartment because of course wood burning is illegal, lol in a non venting area....so I purchased a couple of real wood smell crackle candles to add (Amazon as well!) and some indoor paramount non venting, non toxic emitting burning gel cans. This is a picture during the day on my balcony with just some tea lights. Will update with a night time video in the apt with the gel cans as the fire source with the ceramic wood. I won't miss my fire pit at the lake so much over the winter with this adaptive and very safe mode to apartment living. So happy with my pairings, Chiminea, indoor gel cans, ceramic logs both non toxic. Amazon has made the coming fall and winter very cosy for apt living.Absolutely perfect for my purchased chiminea or other firepits that use gas, gel cans. So happy with these Amazon purchases! Cheap in price only...amazing look and function. 😀

We purchased these for our older gas fireplace, which only had sand and embers when we moved in. The price for the quantity of logs was much lower than we'd seen elsewhere, except for a tiny set. I wish there'd been a half size since we can only fit about half of these logs in our fireplace, but they look nice in a basket next to the fireplace for an added touch of realism. We only needed to use one of the large logs and maybe 4 of the smaller ones. They didn't turn black and they defiintely helped disperse the flames for a fuller, more realistic looking fire. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Very happy with this purchase!

I ordered the logs in the morning and they arrived late afternoon, same day. They are small. If you plan to put them in a large fireplace or firepit order lots, otherwise order something else, but they are perfect for my chiminea converted to propane. They are the right size, and help spread the flame from the burner. They start to glow once they heat up, to give a nice realistic look & feeling. The price is reasonable and hopefully they will last a few seasons.
