Good
Hubby straps his knee when he is in pain. It works a dream, he was shocked how much support it gives and relieves pain. The only downside is that it doesn’t stay on for very long, my husband has hair but no more than any other man but the tape doesn’t tend to stick that well to it and moves.

Durable and waterproof, can be painful to remove if left on too long
Works well and adheres very well. Glad I used this instead of the more expensive KT or branded tape, but their videos are good for how to apply it. Waterproof through showers, lasted for a few long time post marathon marathon.Only downside was that when I did leave it on for 1-2 weeks (way longer than recommended!) it was really quite painful to remove, so I’d recommend against doing that. When I left it on for 1-3 days I didn’t notice any significant pain in removing.

Great purchase for hip pain
After starting running at the tender age of 60 I was suffering from hip bursitis which caused severe pain not only whilst running but also in day to day activities.I applied this tape in a star fish pattern, having looked at how and where to apply on the internet, and the relief was immediate. The tape is easy to cut to size and easy to apply. I take it off daily and it’s easy to remove after applying a bit of oil before my shower and then removing it using the water in the shower to tease it off gently. The tape doesn’t leave any residue on my skin after removal. The tape is a good length and is value for money. I won’t hesitate to buy more when this has run out.I have no idea how it works but it does.

Be careful if you have sensitive skin
Great product but unfortunately I was allergic to the adhesive so I couldn't review any higher. It's a shame as they were very supportive if worn correctly, taking pressure off painful joints and a great price.

Game Changer
I’ve been using the Proworks Kinesiology Tape for a few weeks now, and it has been a game-changer for my workouts and recovery. The tape offers fantastic support without restricting movement, which is perfect for both strength training and cardio exercises. I’ve also used it to aid in the recovery of a mild knee strain, and the difference it made was noticeable. One of the things I appreciate most is how comfortable and breathable it is. Even after long workouts, the tape stays in place without any irritation. The adhesive holds up well, even through sweat and showers, but it’s also easy to remove without leaving any sticky residue behind.Overall, this is a high-quality kinesiology tape at a great price, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable support during exercise or injury recovery. Definitely a product I’ll keep buying!

Brilliant support!
For anyone watching the olympics you’ll see this tape is used by lots of athletes. I twisted my knee walking and it was very painful. My kickboxing instructor taped up my knee to give it some support. It’s very comfortable, stretches as you move and provides lots of support.I’ve put a photo on of the day it was taped (standing photo) and 3 days later (resting photo). You will see that after 3 days which includes 4 showers and 3 work outs it’s still in place and only fraying a little bit. It’s not a thick tape it feels a bit like a normal plaster. It provides pain relief and comes in lots of colours. What’s not to love?!! I Have already bought some for myself. There are lots of videos on the internet to show you how to tape various parts of your body that are very easy to follow and it takes only a couple of minutes to do. The top tips given to me were to trim the ends so they are rounded (this will help it stay in place, see photo) and to have the knee bent when you stick it on.
