After my previous briefcase had given over 30 years service it began to come apart. So a replacement was chosen. When it arrived it looked the part for the role it would be used for, and unlike one that was sent back as there was no information on how to ser the security catches up, and when a way was found the lock was jammed and unable to reset. The new one had the instructions needed, and soon all of the items were stored away inside. The extendable feature is very useful, because at times more items need carrying, whilst at other times the case can be made slimmer by fastening the four straps inside to the press stud fittings. A very smart item that looks the part.

Great briefcase and great price .

The case is extremely sturdy in the sense of its hardness. However the leather edge has come unstuck via poor glueing down of the exterior. Overall the case is great though with internal storage sections and holders for documents.

I’ve given five stars for a great service and a smooth return for refund as the product wasn’t what I expected from a briefcase basically badly put together with seems not glued professionally so can’t be too harsh wouldn’t recommend

I bought this briefcase based on the price and on a whim for a specific purpose, but have to say, at the price, it's absolutely fit for purpose. Sturdy and plain, easy to set locking mechanism and amply pockets and pouches, really just what I wanted.

Well constructed case

Barely outside the warranty and this briefcase is falling apart. It's not had heavy use, mainly sits open on the desk. The hinges are weak and have stretched so the briefcase lid moves back where it shouldn't, the back piece behind the file holders has come unstuck. These, as you can see, only have light files in. A clip has broken and the material has pulled off so the lid now just drops down below where it should. Cheaply made and definitely would advise not to buy!

Quick delivery, well made looks good but instructions for setting combination lock complete rubbish. Would I buy again ? Afraid not. Recon it should be nearer £20. Sorry but I am being totally honest. Looks like made in China. Oh what is a dong?
