This device is truly amazing. Not only can it alert if your baby stops breathing, but it can also alert when the baby for example flips on their stomach or stands up in the crib. On top of all this, it can alert if your baby gets a temperature when sleeping. The alarm made me realize that my little one got a fever in the middle of the night. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found this device for my baby and I continue to promote it to everyone I know. There is no other device on the market to my knowledge with all this functionality and it's reassuring to see on their webpage that they also have a devices which is the first certified baby breathing monitor in Europe, and that has been clinically proven to detect if a baby stops breathing. The customer service is impeccable, with such a caring team contacting their customers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I wish every parent could find this monitor here.

More of a hassle than benefit- buy alternative
Unfortunately, I will likely be returning this. I spent $300 with high hopes that this would be exactly what I was looking for in a monitoring system. In some ways, it was. That’s the confusing part. This product is decent. It has potential to be really popular and marketed in ways that would launch the product into success. The web app developer (if there is one) should be fired. This app is so bare bones it is as if a 9 year old created it. It is NOT user friendly, but is oddly basic in functions which is contradictory in itself. There is no clear or obvious way to extrapolate the data or info you need. No way to export the data for a night of sleep. You are able to reveal the most recent 5 minutes of data and then manually toggle back by increments of 5 minutes but this is ridiculous and not helpful in the slightest bit. The app takes up A LOT of battery life and must be running while you sleep so your phone must be plugged in. The app visually stinks. There are random colorless areas in the charts they provide. Why does my child constantly look like he’s in limbo temperature wise? He’s not in the green or the red area, just uncolored. ODD! They missed the mark on this app majorly. There is opportunity to provide a real dashboard which would provide recommended or average goals for temperature, breathing and wake times, etc. They could provide a forum where other users could message and ask questions, share tips, etc. They could have updated the software on their devices which would have saved the consumer the insane hassle of getting this thing set up. The instructions aren’t even helpful. For $300 this should be user friendly, informative, helpful and ready to go out of the box. I work on commercializing products and am sad that a “good” and very marketable product will fail due to horrible marketing and technology in the web app development stage. Sad!

This device saved my babies life when he stopped breathing. I had to give him CPR & would have never known. It does false alarm if they tighten their little belly when stretching or gassy. A onesie or pajamas help keep it in place along with folding the diaper over. The false alarms can be annoying but the device can be completely controlled from your phone to turn on or off. I’ll take 100 false alarms for the 1 that saved my babies life!

Constant False Alarms
I would not recommend buying this product, i will say AT LEAST once a night, there is a false alarm. I know it is a false alarm because i will be with my son, listening to him actively breathe and the Snuza alarm will go off saying he’s not breathing. This often wakes him up and is a pain and frustrating. I have an owlet and it works much better and is way more accurate. The only reason i got the Snuza is because my son has to wear foot braces and can’t wear the owlet sock with them. My son has a disability and it gives me peace of mind having the Snuza on at night because i think it would go off if he actually stopped breathing, however, the constant false alarms make it almost not worth it.

Works great
Works great , alarms loud when it doesn’t detect motion so far only bad thing it’s kind of a pain to have to keep changing it on to new diapers in the middle of the night when your baby is crying .

The device shows up with instructions not to pair device but to first update the firmware, then the directions for updating firmware don’t work at all. The directions also do not match the app at all.Just don’t waste your time or your money.Update: because I am stubborn as a mule and refused to give up, I continued messing with this device for eight total hours. It finally, miraculously, updated firmware and connected to my phone. I didn’t do anything differently. I just kept deleting the whole device from my phone and starting over again. Unfortunately, once it was installed and working, it became more disappointing. I didn’t want to wake my sleeping newborn to test the thing out so, I clipped it to my own waistband and held my breath. After 15 seconds, I felt zero vibration, and heard a very soft beep. Five seconds later and I heard another very soft beep. I’m a light sleeper and I could hardly hear it while I was awake. It was also not under any clothing. It had one job. I also ignorantly thought I could take it in the car and feel somewhat confident that my child was still breathing in her car seat when we go on outings alone. I say ignorantly, because any motion whatsoever is going to be counted as a breath so the vibration of the car for instance, will be picked up as breathing. I tested this theory by simply moving my hand while holding the device. I very badly wanted this device to work and give me peace of mind and it does neither.

Doesn’t stay on diaper throughout the night.
Overall it’s a wonderful idea, but my son barely moves and the piece falls off and sets off alarm. But when it’s on in the right spot, it works well!
