We ordered the box for work as wanted something substantial and sturdy. It is badly made, and the letter drop drawer broke while unpacking! Sadly it has to be returned - at our expense - costing around £30. Very disappointing

Very early days but I think this Mail Box will work well when the office is closed. Good appearance. I would have some doubt about the security of the post, if that's a concern, as I feel it wouldn't be hard to open without a key.

Few scratches which needs addressing as it will rust. The tape they used to keep the parcel drawn shut was very strong double sided tape, took forever to get off. I couldn't believe they left the keys in the bottom locked door ! Had to tip it upsidedown and shake it about to get them out. The bolts to fix it to the wall are very very cheap and nasty, get your own. The top is concaved therefore water sits on top in a puddle when it rains, that will cause rusting at some point. Apart from that it's quite good.

The bottom door doesn't shut properly the magnets are not strong enough to keep parcel door closed keeps opening , just had to order extra magnets to try that very disappointed would not recommend

When it arrived the hinge for the parcel delivery door had popped out, it went back in easily, but did not give me confidence in the product. Once installed i noticed that the Text "Parcel" is at an angle and the door does not sit square in the hole. The lock does not tightly close the door so it flaps a bit, probably needs a magnet top and bottom to keep it tight. The lock itself is very basic. On the plus side it arrived on correct day. Its not been used in anger yet, so we will have wait to see how it actually performs.
