Uncomfortable pillow
Nothing like memory foam. I personally felt uncomfortable using it. And to top it all its too costly. Looking at its high price and things written about it one would expect that we get a comfortable pillow. However I was disappointed using the same had regretted buying it.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT PILLOW
I have been a fan of this brand and have bought 4 pillows in the past. The recent pillow which I bought seems to have a manufacturing defect. The foam did not inflate and therefore the pillow is conpletelt non usable. We thought it will happen in few days but did not. Kindly replace the product. We did not use even a single day.
