I make molasses bran muffins with this. Really nice quality product. It incorporates together with all the other ingredients easily. The texture is great, you don't get pieces that you have to pull out of your batter because they're hard, etc. The taste is slightly nutty but barely noticeable. Good taste. Using this in place of some of the flour also adds a healthy effect to you food.I would definitely recommend this brand for the qualityof said product and the price point. Others are so much more expensive.I am definitely a repeat customer.

I just got this. It’s oat bran but not organic which is what I usually buy. Paid a lot more than what I usually pay for oat bran but it’s convenient to order it through Amazon, of course. The shipping Amazon bag was open when they delivered it.This is my second order. This time the Amazon bag was not open. I really do hope this is actually oat bran & not just ground oats. I consume a very small amount for breakfast as I know that oatmeal per se raises your blood sugar which is not good for your health. I add organic blueberries, blackberries & sometimes 1 or 2 strawberries plus greek yogurt & other yogurts I make myself w/different strain of beneficial probiotics. I also add a tsp of it to my dog’s food.I hope is doing good to both of us!!
