I suffer with UTI’s thrush and BV a lot due too having to catheterisation since using these for the past two months I have not had and infections. These do work and have worked for me so if your abit weary on them honestly give them a try. Every woman’s body is different and reacts differently to medications but id give these a try and see how you go if they don’t help stop them straight away :).

These did nothing for me. I Actually got a skin infection above my pubic area a few days after starting these which didn't disappear until i stopped taking these no matter how hard i tried with creams etc. Nothing had changed in my life/routine except taking these tablets.

Great but with side effects!
I was suffering with regular water infections and, unfortunately, thrush. Instead of continuously buying expensive pharmacy treatments when the dreaded feeling showed up, I decided I'd give a form of prevention a go. It was only 8.99 for a month's supply.Within just over a week my latest UTI disappeared. And I haven't had a bout of thrush ever since! Very unusual for me in the almost month I've been using. So I can say that from that perspective they definitely work!Unfortunately for me it seems to have come with some stomach issues. I don't know if I'm just reacting to some stuff in the supplements (perhaps the rice bran bulking agent) but I have become VERY gassy! And I have had the odd bout of diarrhoea over the past month too when I haven't change anything but start taking these supplements.TBH with how well they have worked on my other problems I can take a bit of gas, but you may want to keep that in mind if you don't want to deal with that.
