Im a university hostel student and waiting in line at the canteen before classes for breakfast is next to impossible. So i resort to making overnight oats for breakfast, only thing is that i dont like the taste of steel cut or any form of oats except fully grounded powdered oats for this dish. This one in particular is not very coarse, its powdered and does not clump while adding milk and mashed banana. Greatttt breakfast! Amazing quality!!My recipe,I mash one banana in a 300ml click seal tiffin, then add the futurelite oats atta by haldiram, and then some milk, mix it into a paste. Add chia seeds on top and then add a spoon of milk over it to create a layer of soaked chia on the surface, this helps the banana from being too oxidised. I also keep weekly prepared trail mix of chopped dry fruits and dried berries in the fridge to top it up in the morning while leaving for class. Plus a mini wooden spoon. I dont add honey bz the sweetness from ripe banana is enough for me.

It is very healthy. A little bit bitter due to oats. Overall, it is a good buy.

I wanted the oats flour to mix with regular wheat flour to make chappatis. The quality is good and it easily mixes with the wheat flour. Oats flour is gluten free and easy to digest.
