Waveshare 2.13inch E-Paper E-Ink Display Module (B) for Raspberry Pi Pico 212×104 Pixels Red/Black and White with SPI Interface

Waveshare has rarely let me down and this EInk display is no different. I’ve wanted to get another one recently to build a little monitor for my servers to show me whats up and down at a glance when looking at the server rack. The fact that I get to play with red is really nice so it can be really obvious when a server is down for me.The documentation is clear for me - some displays can be overwhelming for a newbie so try to start small. This is mainly for the RPi Pico but to my understanding, there isn’t anything stopping you from using it with another microcontroller if wired properly.The display is clear enough. Eink is rarely dense with pixels but that is it’s strong suit. The refreshing is a bit slow but again, it’s not why people buy an e-ink display.

I'm fascinated by e-ink displays, and I always seem to order them even though I have quite a collection in my parts drawer. This display can be popped directly on an Pi Pico, or wired up to the microcontroller of your choice. It's easy enough to find documentation and libraries to get this working in no time at all. Waveshare has been my go-to company for all sorts of components, and this is yet another great product from them!
