Works great! I love this thing enough that I ordered a second one so I don't have to remember to carry one from one end of the shop to the other. Good clarity and I got kick-back off the table saw the other day and it would've hit me square in the forehead and it just bounced right off.

This face shield is great for woodworking. It has hearing and face protection, both of which are needed for working with the noise and wood chips caused by woodworking machines. Add a dust mask, which fits easily under the visor, and you have full protection. Highly recommended.

I have gone through my share of eye/ear protection but this is the BEST. I do a lot of metal cutting and shaping, and eye/ear noise protection is a must. These are perfect for that. The ear protection comes off the main headset if you ever need to do that. The face shield is clear and protects the entire face. The muffs are extremely comfortable, (they usually never are, but these are great).The yellow color makes them easy to spot on my messy floor, or on a workbench. The face shields are the standard hole sizes so any good brand will work for replacements, but the set comes with a nice curved shield with an aluminum strip around the base.I cant say enough positive things about this product. I wish I would have tried it sooner.

I'm blind without my glasses and hate over glasses eye protection. I've taken over the mowing and weed eating and needed something to protect not only my eyes but my glasses/sunglasses as well. After hours of research this seemed to be the only one that was compatible with glasses AND ear protection. No more grass in my face when mowing and it protects me from debri with weed eating. The ear protection it. Comes with isn't acceptable for what I'm using it for but I already had ear protection and it works fine with it. Only modification needed for it is some electrical tape so the pieces of metal don't click together. My only complaint is that the glass does have a bit of a glare. I like that it's clear so I guess that's one of the tradeoffs for that. I haven't had any fogging issues yet but it hasn't hit 90+ degrees yet. I also wear a face mask from time to time with them so that might help solve that problem. As well. Allergies.

this isnt the heaviest built shield but for the average craftsman itl do fine. i had concerns it would be brittle in the cold but so far so good.

I've had a couple of good quality face shields over the decades, but neither were very ear muff protection friendly. A less than user friendly to use situation. This unit is not quite as 'hefty' head band wise, though decent and I think it will 'go the distance'; likely more than a decade. The ear muffs are not likely a 30db reduction, though seem to adequately do their job; substantially reducing sound. The face shield itself, which is easily replaceable when it becomes scratched and scarred, is a substantial piece. The head band is comfortable, the ear muffs are integral with the unit. It is no hassle to put on; Keep it near. I LIKE it. And quite importantly, I thus far am using it.Wrap around safety glasses do not keep the crap from pedestal grinding, or side grinders out of my VERY valuable eyes. This face shield does, and it seems quiet enough. A WELL-WORTH investment.

Bought this for my husband. It works great for face and ear protection. I was quite pleasantly surprised at the quality of the ear protection.
