Alpen Muesli Cereal, No Sugar Added, 14 Ounce (Pack of 6)

Very good. I am not a cereal person, but this tastes like the one I loved as a teenager. Good price here

It’s so hard to find a no sugar usually without raisins and a lot of extra nuts. This is the perfect mixture for me. It only has some slivered almonds in it. So good with milk and honey. It keeps me full from 9 AM to 2 AM. (Aside from 2eggs)

I bought 2 sets of 6x14 oz of Alpen. I expected the product to be in its original box. I received two miserable looking plastic bags with 6 bags of some cereal in them. A tiny little label said it was Alpen (see photo). There was no other information - who to contact in case of problems with the product, no nutrition information, no list of ingredients - nothing at all. I winder if this is a genuine product or a knock off concocted by a backstreet shop.

Have enjoyed Alpen over decades but particularly appreciate the sugar free version. It is an excellent source of fiber while being very tasty and nutritious with an delightful mix of grains and berries. While area grocery shelves are crowded with sugar loaded bland cereals that offer nothing for a healthy diet and are loaded with artificial ingredients, Alpen cereals are a worthy find. The supplier handling my purchase did a great job. So I will be keeping this product in stock.

Alpen and toast is how I start almost every day. I add a few dried cranberries to the Alpen because I feel there are not enough raisins in the average box, and they are sometimes not evenly distributed. You may not like Alpen, or toast, or dried cranberries, in which case you should try a different breakfast.

This muesli is excellent.However, Amazon games the price.Because I had purchased it years ago, I searched for it on Amazon recently. The price for 6 boxes was $30.99 BUT the next day, the price was $41.99.I have noticed that Amazon increases the price on an item unless you buy it immediately. This muesli falls victim to Amazon's predatory pricing. Don't buy it for $41.99 but instead wait until Amazon reduces the price to $30.99. Or buy a different muesli, of which Amazon offers several varieties, instead.
