I drink one every day. Wouldn’t say it’s a meal replacement but a good addition to your diet to help reach your calories without blowing out your macros. Tastes exactly like strawberry nesquik. Perfect consistency. Not thick.

I love these Atkins Strawberry Protein Shakes. They have been a huge part of my weight loss. They only have 1 gram of sugar which is awesome !!! They smell and taste great, they have 15 grams of Protein and are an effective source of energy. They come in a varity of flavors and are great right out of the refrigerator. I add fruit to them in a blender and make Protein Shakes in the morning !

Being on Keto isn’t easy but you do learn and adapt fairly quickly. Finding your “go to” foods and drinks makes it so much easier and one of my go to drink is this Atkins Strawberry Shake. It’s so smooth and tastes naturally sweet, not too sweet and not at all of the chemically aftertaste you find on many other keto drinks. Not sure if these are meant to be meal replacements but I do have one for a lunch replacement during work and it gets me through the day. I also grab one as a snack or when craving something sweet.I always keep these on hand when I’m on my keto diet and they work great for me. Lost tons of weight and do not spike my blood sugar levels.

These have a very great taste and I'm very pleased with this product. There's not a ton of sugar the consistency is good and it's a great way to get your protein and other vitamins that you need definitely recommend buying this.
