Okay RT love this thing I wanna use it more bc it’s just fun to open , now I was skeptical but the only thing that bugged me was the finger scan accuracy, so I recommend when you upload ur fingerprint hold centering ur fingernail bc in a hurry u might be placing ur finger too far to the left or right and this metal plate is so tiny it’s not gonna work so at least if it doesn’t work u can re evaluate the situation an look to see if ur finger is centered , when I first did it my finger scan was more to the left , so I had trouble at first , now it scans ur finger 10 times so instead of just going up an down so accurately to upload ur scan I recommend tilting ur finger bc ideally you might not line up ur finger precisely so better get some scans in that get some of ur fingerprints off to the side as if you were in a hurry so ur scan to unlock has more room to work with… im buying these for everyone at work if a birthday or Christmas comes up , its really nifty , oh and do NOT use when ur hand is sweaty or wet , if u just got done washing ur hands or taking off a glove an u feel the slight bit of humidity yeah dont try unlocking u wont get an accurate read and you’ll leave residue on it so u might have to give it a polish to get anything off that metal plate for a better scan

I don't generally trust Internet padlocks, as the technology is not reliable yet. But I got my wife this lock at her insistence and I'm glad I did. It's perfect for the gym and has had no issues yet.

The app doesn't appear to work on Android phones. It freezes when requesting permissions.I would not recommend this device.Reinstalled the app 3 times but it freezes at the same spot every time. See picture I submitted. You can't click on anything when the screen comes up. It forces you to force close the app. Tried on an Android tablet but it didn't work on it either.One was a Google Pixel, the other was a Samsung.Spend your money elsewhere.

Llevo usando este candado con huella digital durante varias semanas en el gimnasio y en general estoy muy satisfecha.Es súper práctico no tener que cargar con llaves o recordar combinaciones, especialmente cuando llevo muchas cosas al entrenar. La configuración de la huella fue rápida y me permitió registrar varios dedos, lo que es muy útil en caso de que uno esté sudado o húmedo.El tamaño es perfecto: liviano, compacto y cabe sin problema en los casilleros del gym. Además, tiene un diseño elegante y minimalista, lo cual para mí como mujer también es un plus.La batería dura bastante, y hasta ahora no he tenido problemas de recarga.Lo único que podría mejorar es que a veces, después de entrenar (cuando los dedos están muy sudados), le toma uno o dos intentos reconocer la huella. Nada grave, pero sería ideal que fuera aún más sensible en esas condiciones.En general, lo recomiendo muchísimo para quienes buscan comodidad, seguridad y estilo en un candado de gimnasio. ¡Me ha hecho la vida más fácil!

It does just as it says. A little smaller than I anticipated, but still very neat. And useful

After my initial review the seller reached out to me. They offered to refund my money completely. I asked if they had an updated replacement product I could try instead. They sent me a replacement and it has worked flawlessly since I programmed it. The seller has been very pleasant to work with and very accommodating.Fingerprints work fine, at first. It seems like once the lock goes to sleep and disconnects from the app(to preserve battery) it forgets the fingerprints it has learned. I’ve never been able to get fingerprints to work reliably. It is reliable with the app, however, I bought this for a gym locker, where I wanted to store my phone while working out. So, I really needed the fingerprint to work reliably. Would not purchase again. Shown next to Apple TV remote, for scale.

Heard there’s a lot of theft at races and festivals so bought this for my hydro pack and was super safe, I wasn’t scared of pick pocketers, the finger prints work very well and the lock itself is very durable
