For this 12ft rail, it came in 5 pieces: 4 long, 1 short. They are supposed to slot together and are then secured with a metal ferrule hammered in. None of mine fitted, and I had to file down two mating surfaces with a small diamond file on all of the joints (which removes the paint too) before they would fit together properly so that the ferrules could be hammered in. This took an hour. The rail works fine now it is hung (which is a two person job as it is unstable otherwise) but the design would be FAR better if it used fewer rail pieces and had a properly engineered locking system. Hence three stars. The wheels are excellent and the price is good. The installation instructions are pretty hopeless. They are pictorial and show one person up a ladder and using a spirit level. You need two people and preferably a laser level to hang a 12ft twin door rail. They supply a hex key to fit the securing bolts. This is next to useless - what you actually need is a 13mm ratchet socket. The bolts are big so you must use pilot holes.

Smooth and quite operation. Probably much stronger than I needed for my door but it looks great and did exactly what I wanted.

Good quality, looks good, glides like a dream and easy to fit.

This kit is quality however unfortunately one of the screws/bolts that affixes the door to the bracket was faulty (see picture) and there wasn't a spare.The builder has to use different bolts/screws, it slowed down installation and these ones didn't sit as flush.

So easy to install and look fab! Super happy
